Sellerkeep LLC (“Sellerkeep,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Amazon seller account management services. This policy explains what information we collect through sellerkeep.com and in the course of providing our services, how we use, store, protect, and share it, and how you can have it corrected or deleted. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or request an audit, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you’re interested in, and anything you write in your message. If you become a client, we also collect billing details and business information needed to deliver the engagement. Payment card details are collected and stored by our third-party billing processor, not on our systems.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies (via Google Tag Manager and related Google services) to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our advertising. This includes information such as pages visited, referring pages, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address.
Client Amazon account data. When you engage our services, you may grant us access to your Amazon Seller Central account as a secondary user with limited permissions, or through Amazon’s Selling Partner API. Depending on the scope of the engagement, this can include order and sales reports, advertising data, listing content, inventory data, and account health information. We access only the data needed to perform the services you engaged us for.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule your audit, and provide the services you request.
- To operate, bill for, and improve our services and website.
- To contact you about your engagement by phone, email, or text message (see SMS section below).
- To send occasional information about our services, which you can opt out of at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or lease personal information or client account data to anyone.
Amazon data and Amazon’s Data Protection Policy
Data we receive from or about your Amazon account is handled in accordance with Amazon’s Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, we:
- use Amazon account data solely to provide the services you engaged us for, and for no other purpose;
- limit access to staff and contractors who need it to do that work, under confidentiality obligations;
- do not use Amazon account data for advertising, and never sell it or share it with third parties except the service providers listed below where necessary to deliver our services;
- retain it only as long as needed for the engagement, and delete it when the engagement ends as described under “Data retention and deletion.”
How we store and protect information
Information is stored with reputable service providers and protected with industry-standard measures: our website is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption, form submissions are transmitted encrypted, data is stored in access-controlled systems, and account access within Sellerkeep follows least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and modification.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, and only what they need:
- website hosting and database infrastructure;
- our customer relationship management (CRM) system, used to respond to inquiries and manage engagements;
- analytics and advertising measurement (Google);
- billing and payment processing;
- SMS and communication delivery.
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sellerkeep, our clients, or the public. We never sell customer lists or personal information.
Data retention and deletion
- Inquiries. If you contact us but don’t become a client, we keep your inquiry so we can follow up. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
- Clients. We keep engagement records for the duration of the engagement and afterward as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
- Amazon account data. Access to your Seller Central account is removed when the engagement ends (or within 30 days where post-termination access is needed for billing or transition). Amazon account data held on our systems is deleted within 30 days of the end of the engagement unless a specific legal obligation requires longer retention.
- Deletion requests. Email help@sellerkeep.com to request deletion of your personal information. We honor verified requests within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use Google services (including Google Tag Manager, analytics, and remarketing) to measure how the site is used and how our advertising performs. Google may use first-party and third-party cookies to provide these services. You can control how Google advertises to you at Google’s Ads Settings page, opt out through the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Text message (SMS) communications
When you provide your phone number, you agree to receive calls and text messages about your inquiry and your Amazon seller account services. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies with your account activity and service needs.
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier.
- Privacy. Your mobile number is never shared, sold, or distributed to third parties for their own marketing.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We’ll send one final message confirming your opt-out.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message or email help@sellerkeep.com.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, opt out of marketing communications, and withdraw consent to texts at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To exercise any of these, email help@sellerkeep.com; we’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn we have, we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our website may link to other sites. This policy applies only to information collected by Sellerkeep; we’re not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites, so review their policies when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy we’ll post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date above. If we ever intend to use previously collected personal information in a materially different way, we’ll notify you by email first and give you the choice to permit it or not.
