How much does it cost?
Pricing is quoted per engagement because every account is different. Full account management is a flat monthly retainer based on your catalog size, order volume, ad spend, and marketplaces. Standalone services are priced as a monthly fee or per project. Every quote is written and agreed before work starts, and engagements are month to month.
Can I use one service without full management?
Yes. Advertising optimization, catalog management, and product imaging are available on their own. Many clients start with one service and expand later.
How does the free audit work?
We review your listings, advertising performance, inventory position, pricing, and account health, then walk you through the findings on a call. You keep the findings whether or not you hire us. There is no cost and no obligation.
How do you access my account?
You invite us to your Seller Central account as a secondary user with only the permissions the work requires, or grant developer access through Amazon’s API where appropriate. You always keep ownership and full control, and access is removed when the engagement ends.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. We work month to month. You can change the scope or end the engagement at any time under the notice terms in our Terms of Service.
How will I know what you’re doing?
You have direct access to your account manager, a weekly check-in, and a monthly report covering sales, ad spend, profitability, and the work completed. It’s your account and your data.
